Ministry Effectiveness was founded by Bob Moore in 1984 when he was an associate of the Charles E. Fuller Insitute of Evangelism and Church Growth (CEFI). CEFI has since been incorporated into the Fuller Seminary Continuing Education Department. The original purpose of Ministry Effectiveness was to provide consulting and staff development to churches and Christian ministries using the CEFI processes which were for the most part developed by Carl F. George who was considered the authority on Church Growth. Carl is still active today operating as Consulting for Growth.

Today, Ministry Effectiveness is a members-only resource center dedicated to serving pastors and ministry executives who want to optimize ministry effectiveness by fully developing their essential skills and of their staff and volunteers. 

Bob is a highly credentialed management consultant and business coach with certifications from the Insitute of Managment Consultants (CMC) and International Coach Federation (MCC).  He is certified in a wide range of organizational,team and individual assessments.

Bob provides executive-level coaching for senior pastors and ministry leaders who want to master their leadership and management skills while balancing their lives.
